Ivica Stepanić
Managing Director · Safety and compliance monitoring
Ivica Stepanić is a safety management and compliance monitoring specialist with a Master of Science in Aviation from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in Zagreb. He has worked in a highly international environment, supporting airlines, continuing airworthiness management organisations and maintenance organisations under EASA and other regulatory frameworks.
His work covers the design and execution of audit and inspection plans, the analysis of safety and compliance data, and the development of procedures and management-system documentation. He has conducted more than 40 internal audits per cycle across air operations, Part-145 and CAMO, has supported IOSA preparation and audits, and has managed AOC, CAMO and Part-145 certification projects under EASA, FAA, BCAA and other authorities.
He is an approved instructor for internal safety training and designs the courses offered by Fly Idea.
