How we handle personal data when you visit this website or contact us.
This policy explains how FLY IDEA d.o.o. processes personal data when you visit fly-idea.eu or contact us. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Croatian law.

When you open our pages, our web server and hosting provider automatically record technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the pages requested, the browser and operating system, and the referring page. We process this data to deliver the website, to keep it secure and to detect abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are kept only for as long as needed for these purposes.
Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. When a page is opened, your browser connects to servers of Google to fetch the fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and legible presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information is available in Google's privacy policy.
If you write to us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or through the contact form, we process the data you provide (such as your name, email address, organisation, telephone number and message) to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible engagement. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f). We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and for any retention period required by law. Enquiries sent through the contact form are also stored in the database of this website, so that no enquiry is lost if an email is not delivered.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. More detail is given in our cookie notice.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed on our behalf by service providers, in particular our hosting provider and email provider, under data processing terms. We disclose data to authorities only where we are legally obliged to do so.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, such as Google for web fonts, this takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided under Chapter V GDPR, for example an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or with the authority in your own Member State.
